Dental Clinic

Professional School

Our Professional School graduates at Mass this morning.  Only photo I could salvage as my camera went on the blink.  Grrr!!  Congratulations to our graduates.  May God bless them with wisdom and perseverance as they make their way in life.

Dr. Chuck and St Cecilia's Schol

Some of the hundreds of pairs of shoes that the students of St Cecilia's in southern California found for us and that Dr. Chuck Tozzer shipped to us.  It took months to get them out of customs but here they are.

Jameson

This is 14 y/o Jameson who arrived today.  He's from Jeremie, his mother is deceased and his father is unable to provide.  Jameson made the bus you see above from trash.  It is remarkable.  The only tool he had to work with was an old kitchen knife.  Here's a close up of him drawing.

Drumroll, please

The second house went up much faster as the guys got into their groove.  They are busting out all over with pride at their contribution. 

Professional School

The first graduates of our new, limited vocational school are preparing samples of their talent and hard work.  Second year students of MetalWorking, Carpentry and our Tailor Program will graduate this Sunday.  Above is just a sample of the stuff that will be on exposition this Sunday.

We had a closing ceremony for the month-long training on AIDS Prevention.  Children performed songs and dances they learned this past month.  A few gave short lectures on personal hygiene and the environment.  A great time was had by all!
