This is a close-up of our manger scene for Castel-Pere. The Sisters of Mother Theresa lent us this set which was made locally. It is sturdy and almost child-proof.
Very pretty...Maybe by next year, your metalcraft students can make a big nativity scene for the village. I can picture some graceful silhouettes standing in humble surroundings-- the humble surroundings should be easy to find at Vilaj Espwa.
You know that Shepherd of the Hills Parish of Eden, Wisconsin sent us two manger scenes but they are still stuck in customs so we had to "borrow" this set. Next year we'll have a real nice set for the kids (assuming that the container will be released from customs.
