Deacon Peter, Junior (our contractor) and Berthony Constant siting the new kitchen and dining room.
Our guys starting the big dig of the foundation.
You get an idea of the size of this new structure from this photo. It will be huge so that all the meals can be prepared here (over 3500 daily) and the children can all eat sitting down under one roof. This project is made possible by a generous grant from the Cracchiolo Family Foundation. We are very grateful to Tom and his family for this amazing gift.
This is such a great gift for Proje Espwa. It is a gift that will keep giving every day, every meal. I will say a prayer for the family that has helped make this possible. We are all God's Children.
ReplyDeleteEach time I open a post, I am thankful for the progress, even though I realize you often have set backs.
ReplyDeleteThe pix are great...as usual. I am unfamiliar with Haiti and love seeing the countryside.
Wish I could be in Maine for the Lobster Bake! But, alas......So, enjoy!!
