We have had a few sunny days in the last few weeks but just when things are drying up (and looking up) for the construction of the clinic, another huge rain storm hits us. Top photo is of the area right next to the clinic, a veritable mud pool. Bottom photo shows the water accumulated in the hand-excavated foundation walls.
