ESPWA video
If you have a moment, actually 12 minutes and 11 seconds, please click on the Pwoje Espwa video just below my photo on the left. It was filmed and directed by Chris Irr who was one of my alter servers when I was stationed in Kodiak, Alaska. His dad, Frank, produced it and it is beyond great. Check it out and give us some feedback. Mesi.

Excellent video Chris, Frank and Fr. Marc...I'm homesick just watching it. I hope Christopher doesn't mind but I posted it to our (haitislittlestangels)blog as well to help spread the word about Pwoje Espwa. I'll be back in a little less then two weeks, see you soon.
ReplyDeletei like the supporting actress best.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this, Father Marc. It's terrific!
ReplyDeleteWonderful video! I would like to share it with the people at Shepherd of the Hills Parish. Everyone should know about the great things that are happening at Pwoje Espwa.
ReplyDeleteI loved this video as it shows how it really is at Espwa. I follow your blog regularly and think the photos are great. I don't often leave a comment but definitely had to give praise on this video. You are a wonderful man!

Dear Father Marc,
ReplyDeleteAltho I am not a religious person, I was struck by your comment on how your faith has been tested in Haiti, tho not so much before you went there. I believe it must take supreme courage to have that kind of faith, and I admire everyone who is working there at Pwoje Espwa.
I have sent the video link to my entire address book in hopes they will each pass it on. It is a great trailer...sooo, when does the movie come out?!

ReplyDeletethe haitian revolution SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. THEY WENT AROUND killing all the white french people between 1891-1804 and look at their descendants 207 years later. if they had waited until 1848, like the french slaves in Guadeloupe and martinique, the haitian people would be french citizens, like the people of martinique and guadeloupe.
