Dynamic Duo

Here are TiOurs and Dave looking like two, normal boys.  But in reality they are our version of the EverReady rabbit-- always on the go.  If you think it was easy to get them to sit for this photo... you'd be wrong.  The clincher was the promise of some freshly baked cookies.

Heard some screaming this afternoon.  Found the source, Dave, who claimed to have just been accosted by a terrible three year old.  When I asked where the culprit was Dave pointed him out.  Look at the  different emotions in his manner in three seconds time.

Some kids just love having their photo taken. Dave certainly falls in that category.

Barrel of fun

Yves with his new wheels, thoroughly enjoying himself. After an hour or so of pedaling, Yves was exhausted but he plans on developing his upper body muscles and using the new vehicle full-time.

Bothers, Chrisfer and Dave, are seen enjoying a spin in the Quad courtyard.

Dave and Benito

Two regular visitors to the Guest House are Dave and Benito. The fact that they usually get a cookie or a lollipop when they come kinda guarantees that they come by. Yesterday Linda showed them some bubble soap thing and it was like giving them the world. They could not have been more excited as you can see in the photo.

Two reasons

Here are two reasons we are here. Benito in the top photo is simply hanging around the laundry area (he was literally hanging from the pipes just before this photo). He's a little over two years old. Dave, in the bottom photo, was out for a stroll when I caught up with him. Dave is not yet two. Both do not stray very far from their mothers who work for us. The mothers were homeless and dependent on charity before coming here. They're both saving money and have plans for a future.
