Frank Irr
Frank left this morning after spending a week with us. He is a partner at AIM Consultants out of Connecticut and has been helping us build organizational capacity with four visits over the past year. It has been a real pleasure to have him here. I'm sure I speak for the Espwa Executive Committee when I say that his gentle prodding has been invigorating, challenging and very productive.
