Our altar servers celebrated their eighth anniversary yesterday. No picnic or trip to the beach this year. The Mass was beautiful and the choir did a great job but the incense was a bit much in the enclosed and hot building. These are a great bunch of young people and we are very proud of 'em.
Congratulations! It's wonderful to see so many young people involved in serving the Lord! I just heard the most amazing news-a young man was rescued from one of the markets in PaP 27 days after the earthquake! He is severely dehydrated and confused; other than that,his prognosis looks quite good. I've thoroughly enjoyed the pictures of the newly arrived children--they're beautiful! Not like you didn't have your hands full already! God bless you for taking care of them. As always, my thoughts and prayers are with you...Marie
