The gentleman with the blue cap is the local MINUSTHA (United Nations) commander. He and his troops are from Uruguay. Here he is speaking with our Andy and a fellow officer on our water testing project.

ReplyDeleteThe initial test was positive. The water is potable but they still wanted to send a sample to PaP just to be sure. We'll know in a week or so.
