Prayers for Matant

Those who have visited Espwa will probably recall meeting Matant (aunt in Creole), the mother-like figure who helped make Espwa what it is today. She was taken to the hospital Wednesday morning where it was discovered that she had gallstones. Plans are being made for her to have surgery in the near future. Please keep her in your prayers as she undergoes surgery and recovery.
