This is Jordonie. Don't know any more about him. A man dropped him off after his mother abandoned him. He is feasting on a fresh mango in this shot.
Maybe it's best that he's too young to understand his sad situation-- but, on the bright side, he will be immediately accepted by 300+ new "siblings" and loved unconditionally by the dedicated staff.
