Merry Christmas, Bloggers!  This is Paige posting for Father Marc from Arizona.

We have been saving up this video for me to post from the States (faster Internet)- and I hope you like it!

Platel, our little singing superstar, wrote this song when he was asked to perform live at a Christmas program in Les Cayes at the beginning of December.  This is also the song that Father Marc refers to in his other posts about Platel and his singing.

His lyrics are so profound, and has left everyone at Espwa amazed.

Enjoy, and let Platel know what you think!

  1. OH.MY.GOODNESS!! He had the crowd on their feet singing right along and clapping. That is simply amazing.

Just imagine if we, as adults, could somehow recapture that energy and creativity and confidence.

Wow! wow! wow! I am teary eyed and just speechless.

Thank you for sharing that with us and for the work that you do in Haiti.

  2. Platel,

This is Stephanie again. I just wanted to say to you that you are such a powerful inspiration, that you are truly special and are going to do awesome things in this world, not only for yourself, but for your fellow Haitians. The world needs more young men like you!!

  3. This video needs to get on YouTube for maximum exposure.

  4. @Anonymous, it already IS on youtube, here's the direct link:

What a beautiful song!! Ti moun nou ka!!

  5. Platel, you are just amazing! I was so lucky to be in the audience when you sang this, and you really did WOW them! Zac and Paige, great job.
